Prince Albert Gujarati Samaj is a vibrant and dedicated not-for-profit community group that has been integral to Prince Albert’s cultural fabric for several years. Our mission is to foster cultural unity and celebrate the rich heritage of the Gujarati community while also embracing Saskatchewan's diverse multicultural landscape. We believe cultural connection is key to building strong, inclusive communities, and we are committed to passing these values to future generations.
Our activities are designed to engage people of all ages, with a particular focus on children and youth. We organize various events throughout the year, including cultural festivals, traditional dance and music performances, educational workshops, and social gatherings. These events offer a platform for community members to come together, share their heritage, and learn from one another in a warm and welcoming environment.
Under our guiding motto, "The World is One Family," we strive to create a space where everyone feels connected and valued. We believe celebrating our differences and embracing our common humanity can build a stronger, more united community. Whether it’s through our colourful Garba Nights, our educational programs, or our annual Diwali Gala, Prince Albert Gujarati Samaj is committed to enriching the lives of our members and contributing to the cultural diversity of our city.
Our organization is volunteer-driven, and our events are made possible by the generosity of local sponsors, community members, and dedicated volunteers who share our vision of unity and celebration.
